No. You can use your existing supplier, or let us source one for you.

How do you control product quality?

We can perform customized QC checks before products are fulfilled and shipped. Every order goes through standard pre-shipment QC.

What happens if a parcel is lost?

Our team helps investigate the shipment, coordinate with the carrier and determine the appropriate next step. We don't disappear after the parcel leaves our warehouse.

Can I use my own packaging?

Yes. We can work with your existing packaging or help source and produce customized packaging. Default packaging contains no supplier information.

Can you handle sudden order spikes?

Yes. Our fulfillment workflow is designed to scale with demand, with staffing and workflow adjustments during high-volume periods.

Can I start with a small volume?

Yes. We work with growing ecommerce brands at different stages. No setup fee, no monthly fee.

Can you keep my supplier confidential?

Yes. Supplier and sourcing information is treated as confidential business information.
